Model Upcoming

The AI design engineer

Upload a design and get the best version of it for mass production: passing every limit, lighter, simpler to make, verified before you see it. Built on the same records and grader as the benchmark.

Nothing ships without step six. Your engineer stays the authority. The model does the loops, and every proposal has already passed the physics grader before it reaches the report.

Sec_002 · Two steps

First the auditor, then the optimizer

Step 1
Simulation auditor

Checks your simulation setup for mistakes before prototyping: loads, boundary conditions, mesh, material cards, units. A wrong setup is the most expensive loop of all, because you find it at the prototype. Built on the real bugs our reviews found.

Step 2
Design optimizer

Takes a passing design and finds its best version for volume production: thinner where the physics allows, uniform walls and draft for the mould, fewer setups for the machine, lower cycle time, same spec. Plugs into SOLIDWORKS, Ansys and NX.

Sec_003 · What it optimises for

Performance, loops, and production at volume

Best design

Not the first design that passes. The one with the most margin for the least material, found by running the loops you would not have time for.

Fewer loops

Each diagnose, change, re-run and approve cycle costs days. The engineer runs those cycles in minutes and brings you the one that passes.

Mass production

Proposals are scored for the factory as well as the physics: draft, wall uniformity, tooling changes, setups, cycle time and cost at volume.

Trust

Every proposal is verified in the solver and signed by your engineer. No change is applied by the model alone.

Sec_004 · The waitlist

Be first to run the optimizer

Auditor pilots open first, with a small number of teams. Optimizer access follows. Tell us what you make and which CAD and solver you use.
